  • Why do you offer all day tickets? I only want to attend the Tidal Wave Party.
  • I bought my ticket, but can't come. May I get a refund?

  • Why do you offer all day tickets? I only want to attend the Tidal Wave Party.
    The general admission tickets we sell each year are set at our break-even point for a six-hour exclusive party. Wet 'n Wild simply extends us the courtesy of allowing our ticket buyers entrance into the park for the entire day. [ Top ]

  • I bought my ticket, but can't come. May I get a refund?
    Refunds are available up until May 1, 2011 and must be requested in writing to refunds@tidalwaveparty.com. A $5 service charge will apply to all refunds. Please allow up to 90 days processing. [ Top ]

  • Are the food & merchandise vendors open during the Tidal Wave Party?
    Most vendors will be open and will provide a 20% discount to our group. [ Top ]

  • May I arrive early?
    Yes, the ticket you purchase through this website or at the door is good for the entire day, but the park will be open to the public until the hours of our exclusive party. [ Top ]

  • Are there lockers and life vests available?
    Lockers are available for $5 which includes a $2 refundable deposit. Towels are available for rent for $2 each with a $2 refundable deposit. Inner tubes are available for $4 with a $2 refundable deposit. Combo packages for lockers, towels and tubes are available for $9 with a $4 refundable deposit. Life vests are free for use.   • Are there health services on site?
    The park's staff includes certified lifeguards, a nurse's station and park-wide security. [ Top ]

  • Do any of the slides have height or weight restrictions?
    No, however park rules will dictate that multiple person slide requirements will be enforced. Single riders may not be allowed on some attractions, so plan accordingly and pair up! [ Top ]

  • Is the entire park open?
    The entire park will be open with the exception of the Knee Ski and Wakezone, which do not operate in the evening hours, and the Kid's Park. [ Top ]

  • Is there a charge for parking?
    Parking is included in the ticket price. If you arrive earlier than our exclusive hours, be sure to tell the parking attendant you are there for the Tidal Wave Party. [ Top ]

  • Does Wet 'n Wild serve liquor?
    There is a fully-stocked Tiki bar as well as a beer stand. [ Top ]

  • Are there other bear events going on besides the Tidal Wave Party?

  • For VIP's, what comes with the BBQ?
    The menu will include BBQ chicken, hamburgers and hot dogs, macaroni salad, corn on the cob and ice cream sandwiches. The BBQ will be served from 7:30 to 9:00pm. Additionally keg beer will be provided to those purchasing the BBQ option.

    The keg beer will be available the entire evening; however, beer distribution and alcohol sales will end promptly at 11:00pm by county ordinance. [ Top ]

  • What happens if it rains? Will the party be canceled?
    Unfortunately, there are no refunds under any circumstances in the event of rain. The party will proceed rain or shine. All reasonable efforts will be made in the event of rain to honor our commitment to you, our ticket holders. [ Top ]

  • May I get my ticket at the door?
    Tickets will be sold at the will call table at Wet 'n Wild the day of the party, and will cost an additional $10. Ticket sales will be made at the Wet 'n Wild ticket windows. Be sure to tell them you're purchasing tickets for the Tidal Wave Party! [ Top ]

  • Why are tickets at the door more expensive?
    Door sales are more expensive to you because they are more expensive to us. Wet 'n Wild will charge the Tidal Wave Party a fee per financial transaction plus we will incur additional costs for staffing the ticket windows. [ Top ]

  • May I have my ticket(s) mailed to me?
    Unfortunately, tickets will no longer be mailed as there were too many issues of lost and/or misplaced tickets. Tickets must now be picked up at the Vendor Fair Ticket Booth at our Host Hotel or at the entrance to Wet 'n Wild the day of the party, from 3pm to 7pm. [ Top ]

  • What do I get for my money?
    The Tidal Wave Party is an exclusive 6-hour party for our ticket holders only. The Wet 'n Wild park is closed to the general public after 6pm. You will access to the entire park with the exception of the "Kiddie Zone" and the Knee Ski which does not operate in evening hours. Most food, beverage and souvenirs vendors will be open and most will offer a 20% discount. Our tickets include your parking. Your ticket is good for the entire day at the park, from the moment it opens until the end of our exclusive party at midnight. In and out privileges are granted, but the wristbands you are given for the exclusive hours cannot be removed. Replacements will not be issued by Wet 'n Wild or the Tidal Wave Party.

    Please note that food, keg beer, and Tidal Wave merchandise ARE NOT included with the General Admission ticket. VIP tickets including a BBQ and keg beer are available at an additional charge and must be pre-purchased online via this webpage. Online sales will end May 29th, 2012. Tickets will be sold at the will call table at Wet 'n Wild the day of the party, and will incur a $10 surcharge. [ Top ]

  • Is this the same as the Beach Ball Party or Let's Go Play Party?
    NO...THE TIDAL WAVE PARTY IS NOT THE BEACH BALL PARTY OR LET'S GO PLAY PARTY! They are separate independent events that are held the same night. Tickets purchased for the Beach Ball Party or Let's Go Play Party will not be honored at the Tidal Wave Party.

    Please note, the Tidal Wave Party and Tidal Wave Party Weekend is not affiliated with Gay Days, Bear Daze, Johnny Chisholm or One Mighty Reunion, Mark Baker Productions or Wonderland Orlando. There are MANY parties and weekend-long events held in Orlando during the Memorial Day weekend and subsequent week. Each are individually produced and, unless specifically noted here on this webpage or via official Tidal Wave emails, are not partnered with us in any way. [ Top ]

  • Is the Tidal Wave Party part of the Gay Days ticket packages?
    NO...THE TIDAL WAVE PARTY IS NOT PART OF THE GAY DAYS TICKET PACKAGES!They are separate independent events that are held the same weekend. Tickets purchased for and Gay Days related parties will not be honored at the Tidal Wave Party.

  • Who is putting this party on?
    The Tidal Wave Party is an independently funded and privately-organized event and is neither sponsored by the Wet 'n Wild Water Park nor associated with any bear club or organization. It is organized by David Biehl of Orlando, formerly a vice president and event coordinator for the Bears of Central Florida (BOCF), and Danny Gallegos of Charlotte, NC, formerly the DJ coordinator, events organizer and promoter for the Charlotte Eagle.
